COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Phoenix Contact OPC 5315-007-AB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Piovan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sutron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the TR120S9C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PremiumPanel manufactured by Piovan and we are pleased to be able to service most Piovan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TP30C by Manufacturer Sutron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Esa Brand PCS090ESA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hach such as TS1070i equipment made by Hach have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hach products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hach" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PFA1U21 made by Idec as well as the popular PTNR2 original spares produced by Innovative Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PS512410M09CLR by Electro-Cam and TS1070i spares by Hach are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SE9201BBoard Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Seiwa. |
